Mike O'Neill is a retired Police Officer who established his communication and stress management skills during his career in the Police Service.
During his Police service, when he was posted to the Control/Communications Centre he began his interest in the training of non-police staff in this environment.
Mike O'Neill has nearly twenty years experience at developing training programmes dealing with soft skills communication. This includes face to face customer service and telephone interview techniques.
Mike also identified the importance of effective stress management to ensure the well-being of staff, improve productivity and reduce absenteeism.
Using a range of techniques Mike offers a variety of training courses to groups and individuals within business as well as personal consultations.
Mike O'Neill holds a Diploma in Stress Management and is a member of the International Stress Management Association UK. He still works with the Police Service, is a freelance stress management consultant and communications coach. He is also an NLP practitioner, NVQ Internal Verifier and NVQ Assessor
Relaxation for Mike includes golf, walking, watching rugby and football and spending some very constructive time in the garden...
